Meet Our Founder

We started our consultancy business in 2022 after successfully exiting our previous business Marmalade. Our founder, Crispin Moger, is a seasoned entrepreneur with twenty years of experience running and growing businesses.

Expertise and Experience

Crispin is an influential entrepreneur who has won or been nominated for various awards, including BT Essence Of the Entrepreneur 2008, Start Ups Young Gun 2009, and was a finalist at the Lloyds National Business Awards 2015. Additionally, he has the knowledge and expertise to help businesses at any stage of their journey. His experience comes from starting a business twenty years ago straight from university and dealing with the highs and lows of running a new venture, including managing banks and finance companies. Moreover, Crispin created a unique and friendly environment for staff to flourish, building the business into a multi-million-pound company, and leading it to a final sale. He was involved in the due diligence and all the processes leading to the sale, making him a first-hand expert in creating, running, and selling a business.
